Both audits confirm that organization\u2019s information security management system aligns with the most recent information security best practices and apply the international standard for protecting personal data in the cloud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vercom implements the information security policies, procedures and guidelines specified in ISO\/IEC 27001 and ISO\/IEC 27018. In our daily work, we follow the principle that only authorized employees have access to data. It\u2019s the principle of least privilege that we always have in mind, minimizing the necessary and legitimate access, which is always restricted due to employee\u2019s job function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <em>The certificates we have received confirm that our solutions meet the latest information security practices. We have said many times that the security of our customers is a priority for us and is the foundation for building a leading position in the CPaaS market not only in Europe, but also worldwide<\/em> \u2013 comments Krzysztof Szyszka, CEO of Vercom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vercom has a business continuity plan with relevant sections on incident and crisis management, resilience, backups and disaster recovery procedures. The BCP plan is undergoing annual testing.
