We are strengthening our structures even further. Vercom Supervisory Board has gained two new members, Kinga Stanislawska and Aleksander Duch. Both bring unique know-how and more than 20 years of business experience covering scaling companies and growing in global markets.

Kinga Stanisławska has been involved in investments and the capital market for almost 20 years. She is the founder of Experior VC. She was on the list of the 50 most influential women in Europe in the venture capital and startups sector three times, as well as Forbes Top 50 Women in Tech. For 5 years she was Vice President of the Polish Private Equity Association (PSIK). She worked in the London offices of Citigroup and ING and was also responsible for private and public equity investments as a Principal at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School (TGMP), IECS in Strasbourg, UMIST in Manchester, and the University of Warsaw.

Aleksander Duch is a manager with over 20 years of experience in managing projects, technology companies, and RES. Currently, he is Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Western Europe, also Vice President of the Management Board of Allter Power, and President of the Management Board of Bioalter. Formerly associated with IBM Poland, in 2007 he joined Asseco where he was responsible, among others, for the development of foreign markets. In 2011, he became President of the Management Board of Asseco DACH. He was a member of the DIGITAL EUROPE Digital Advisory Council. He graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration.
