Due to the planned acquisitions (in particular, those indicated in p. 4 of the Prospectus), the Management Board does not intend to recommend to the General Shareholders Meeting paying dividends before the distribution of the profit for the financial year 2022. Moreover, the 2022 profit distribution decision will depend on the Group’s current financial situation and liquidity and investment plans. Ultimately, the Management Board recommends dividends equal to 40 % of Issuer’s net result, provided that such a decision is made by General Meeting Shareholders every year, after the Management Board’s recommendation based on the company’s current financial situation and its future investments.
